Ann Parker Spence, of Hartland, found peace on the morning of March 21, 2016, at Angel's Grace Hospice Center in Oconomowoc .
Ann was born in Milwaukee on December 13, 1945 and lived in Menomonee Falls until she was seven when the family moved to their home on Beaver Lake . Ann attended Arrowhead High School where, in additional to being an honor student, she enjoyed cheer-leading and the company of her many friends. She went on to attend UW Madison, and then completed Dental Assistant training at Marquette University .
After graduation she practiced in Dover , Delaware , where she had moved with her husband Jeff, who was serving in the Military.
After moving back to Wisconsin , she continued working in the dental profession until the birth of her first child. In addition to being a loving mother, she also pursued her passions for sewing, painting, gardening and critters – especially dogs. She was an accomplished seamstress designing custom patchwork jackets for friends, using her creative abilities to make each one unique. As a talented artist, later in life she pursued her passion and found much joy in creating fiber art and acrylic paintings.
